Our 24-hour Assistance Center in Philadelphia coordinates assistance services in North, Central and South America and the Caribbean. Employees can call from anywhere in the world to speak with our coordinators for advice, information and translation assistance with over 100 languages and dialects.

Our capabilities also include integrated medical services, such as on-site healthcare professionals, Occupational Health services, 24/7 emergency response, clinical governance, medical supply, health advisory, and digital tools and data management systems. Our comprehensive health and wellbeing solutions are delivered to over 50,000 employees at over 40 sites across the United States, catering to the needs of various sectors, including construction and infrastructure, offshore and maritime health, industrial turnaround, corporate health, project shutdown, and manufacturing.

Like many International SOS Assistance Centers, Philadelphia has a dedicated group of Japanese staff for our Japanese clients and members. They liaise with our Tokyo Assistance Center to facilitate services throughout the Americas.
