We have been supporting clients impacted by Hurricane Otis, which made landfall near Acapulco (Guerrero, Mexico) at approximately 00.25 (local time) on 25 October. It was classed as a Category 5 hurricane (highest on a five-tier scale). Extensive damage to property and infrastructure in hurricane-related incidents is reported, particularly in Acapulco and adjacent municipalities, with local authorities currently controlling the impacted areas. We deployed a medical and security team to the area to support clients alongside our local Security company who have assisted with client requests.
