International SOS, the world’s leading medical and security risk services company, has signed a Non-Exclusive Provider Agreement (NEPA) with the Egypt Healthcare Authority, Arab Republic of Egypt, to streamline cooperation and partnership in providing healthcare services to International SOS Subscribers in Egypt.
The NEPA was signed on behalf of the Egypt Healthcare Authority, Arab Republic of Egypt, by H.E Prof. Dr, Ahmed El Sobky, Chairman of General Authority of Healthcare and Universal Health Insurance Program and by Kathy Brett, Regional General Manager, Europe Middle East, International SOS, in the presence of H.E Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar - Minister of Health and Population of Egypt, and a number of dignitaries and officials.
Under this NEPA the Egypt Healthcare Authority will provide medical services and assist International SOS with the medical care for its Subscribers who fall ill or are injured while travelling, living or working in Egypt. The provision of medical services will be delivered by the network of the newly equipped medical facilities located in six governorates in Egypt: Port Said, Ismailia, Luxor, South Sinai, Aswan, and Suez.
This strategic collaboration between International SOS and the Egypt Healthcare Authority will strengthen and streamline medical care provision for International SOS Subscribers in Egypt.

We are glad to express our appreciation to the whole team and we are happy with the efforts put together for a successful visit and for the hospitality, commitments although it was a short notice within a weekend.
We were very impressed with the technology International SOS hold and the experience of the VR. It was a very unique and different experience and it was great to walk through the journey in a 4D with a thorough explanation on how International SOS manage evacuation cases in a dedicated aircraft.

We are incredibly honoured to be partnering with the Egypt Healthcare Authority, given its position as a leading healthcare provider in the region. Our core mission is protecting and saving lives, and this strategic partnership allows us to offer our customers in Egypt access to top-tier medical care as well as extensive logistics capabilities. This unparalleled combination ensures that the health, safety, and wellbeing of our Subscribers will always remain our highest priority.
This landmark Provider Agreement builds on the substantial investment and focused medical infrastructure development undertaken by the Government of Arab Republic of Egypt, further strengthening efforts to provide accessible quality healthcare services for all. This agreement also serves as an example of the Government's commitment to working with reputable private international health care and security services organisations, such as International SOS, to provide quality medical services, while also forging beneficial relationships between public and private entities at an international level.
