Dakar Youth Games 2026: Are you Prepared against Health & Security Risks?

Contact Us

The fourth edition of the Summer Youth Games will be held in Dakar, Senegal, in 2026. This marks the first time a global multi-sport event of this scale will take place in Africa.

As Dakar prepares to welcome the Youth Games, the city will be buzzing with activity and international attention. For many organisations unfamiliar with the local environment, this dynamic atmosphere brings both opportunity and complexity. Ensuring top-tier health and security measures will be essential to navigate the unique challenges of the region and to safeguard teams, staff, and operations throughout the event.

OUR SUPPORT BEFORE EVENT

While Dakar offers acceptable medical care through select private clinics, more advanced treatment may require international evacuation. Risks such as malaria, yellow fever, and other infectious diseases remain prevalent. On the security front, although crime levels are relatively low, petty theft, political demonstrations, and unpredictable road conditions pose challenges - especially for those unfamiliar with the local environment. Our pre-event support is designed to help you plan ahead, mitigate risks, and ensure the safety and wellbeing of your people.

OUR SUPPORT DURING EVENT

During the Dakar Youth Games 2026, we can provide on-the-ground medical and security support to ensure uninterrupted operations and peace of mind. Our teams of certified healthcare professionals and security advisors are stationed at key venues, ready to respond to any incident. From 24/7 assistance lines and VIP medical escorts to in-person briefings and ground ambulance services, we deliver proactive, high-quality care and protection tailored to your needs - so you can focus on performance while we safeguard your people.
