Response Centers

International SOS’ Response Centers are strategically placed to provide on-the-ground support to client operations. They draw on our teams’ deep understanding of the local medical, operational and regulatory environment to provide remote medical support to our onsite health professionals delivering dedicated medical care on at client worksites (MedSites). Response Centers are run under the clinical supervision of an International SOS Medical Director.

They work in concert with International SOS’ Assistance Centers so that any medical case requiring further domestic or out of country medical assistance may be coordinated and managed seamlessly. In some locations, our Response Centers sit within our Assistance Centers.

Response Centers also support our collection of granular health and security situational awareness, which strengthens our local understanding of the local operating environment, as well as the country and city specific medical and security environment.
