The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recently released an emergency temporary standard requiring private employers with 100 or more employees to require COVID-19 vaccination - or weekly testing and masking for employees who choose to remain unvaccinated.

In this webinar, our experts discuss how this standard highlights the importance of Duty of Care and keeping all employees safe.
