About the Event
International SOS will attend the Toronto URMIA Regional Conference to present the session "Test Your Crisis Management Response Before an Actual Crisis". Led by esteemed experts, attendees will learn how rehearsing a crisis and incident management using a realistic scenario can:
- Help the organization identify and address any gaps in its current plans
- Allow it to practice making challenging decisions during escalating situations
- Help fill gaps and overcome crisis response challenges and be better prepared to respond quickly and effectively to a crisis situation
- Reassure stakeholders that your institution is well-prepared, and exposes gaps in your crisis plans that identify where processes need to be optimized or response plans adapted
Participants will learn practical tips to develop and implement tabletop exercises as part of their overall crisis management/ business resilience program(s).
