Together with the German Association of HR Managers (Bundesverband der Personalmanager e.V.), we would like to invite you to the webinar "Mental Health in the International Work Environment - A New Guideline." In Germany, the number of days of work disability due to mental health issues has increased by 70% between 2010 and 2020*. Especially since the COVID-19 pandemic, this issue has become relevant for all companies. However, not all companies are adequately prepared to systematically address mental health problems, especially in an international context. In response to this, the International SOS Foundation has developed a guideline for assessing mental stress in the international work environment.

In the webinar "Psychological Strain in the Work Environment" on June 5th, the experts Dipl.-Psych. Claudia Budeck from TÜV Hessen, Dr. Martin Grosshans from SAP SE, and Dr. Stefan Eßer from International SOS will present the new guideline, including checklists, and answer the following questions: How do internationally active companies deal with different approaches to assessing mental health? How are psychological strains assessed and risks minimized during international business travel? How can mental health be measured, assessed, and approached preventively in the international context?

During the webinar, you will gain an overview of legal and technical foundations, international standards, and the methodology for assessing mental stress. We will also introduce checklists that will assist you in assessing mental stress and implementing suitable measures. A practical example from SAP will conclude the web meeting. *Source: Radtke, 2022
