The awareness of how the workplace contributes to mental ill-health has been raising steadily. Since the pandemic, the topic of mental health has spread to all organisations. However, not all companies are adequately equipped to systematically tackle mental stress, especially with a global workforce, and to derive preventative measures.
Together with German, Austrian and Swiss partners, the International SOS Foundation has developed guidelines for assessing mental stress in an international environment. We will present these guidelines to you in this webinar together with TÜV Hessen and SAP. The webinar provides an overview of the legal and technical foundations for companies and explains international standards.
