The past two years have demonstrated that being successful and sustainable in business is bound to the resilience of your workforce. This includes your mobile workforce as well as employees in different locations and subsidiaries.
To better address this changing environment, we kindly invite you to actively take part in our new Workforce Resilience Day and exchange views with your senior peers in Security, HR, HSSE and Risk Management.
This year's Workforce Resilience Day will take place in the heart of Geneva and consist of two workshops and a networking lunch. The following topics will be discussed:
- Mental Health: How to establish a mental health program in my organization? (1.5 hours)
- Crisis Management: A pragmatic and agnostic methodology to adapt to the new reality (2.5 hours)
In order to meet your needs as closely as possible, we will be offering a flexible concept where participants working in different organisational functions can benefit from both workshops. You can decide whether you want to attend the full program or only one of the workshops. During your registration you will be able to choose the option that best suits your needs.
Please note that workshops will take place in smaller groups. The number of spots are limited, so be sure to register early.
