About the Training
This in-person, CPD-certified training course is designed for individuals responsible for, or part of, their organization’s crisis management team. It equips participants with the competencies necessary to actively contribute to the protection and resilience of their organization, people, and assets.
Throughout the program, participants will learn the methodology behind effective crisis management, define the roles and responsibilities of a crisis management team, and adopt approaches for situation monitoring and decision-making.
