Problem
Although our client, a leading technology firm, had Travel Risk Manager positions within their organization prior to the pandemic, the post-pandemic environment brings challenging rules and regulations when it came to travel making their role even more vital than before. The organization needed the expertise to help in developing Travel Risk Management best practices to ensure that they aligned with ISO 31030. Furthermore, the client also wanted to ensure that this solution was strongly integrated within their existing services, policies, and programs.
