Michael Tutte
Regional Security Partner of Middle East

Michael Tutte is a Regional Security Partner for the Middle East Region at International SOS in Dubai. His scope of responsibility includes the GCC countries, alongside those in Central Asia and North Africa.
Michael began working with International SOS in March 2020 as a Security Manager on the Frankfurt Security Outbound Desk and has since supported German organisations during numerous crises, including the COVID-19 pandemic. At the end of 2022, he was promoted to Manager of the Frankfurt Outbound Desk, where he oversaw the desk and took part in the Crisis Management Team for a major conflict in October 2023.
As evidence of his determination and significant contributions towards creating a culture of safety in the workplace, Michael received ASIS International's Associate Protection Professional (APP) certification in 2023. In addition to his duties on the security desk, Michael has also conducted training sessions for global clients in Germany and abroad.
Prior to joining International SOS, Michael assisted refugees with language, job market, and social integration as an Integration Manager at Heidelberg's Sozialverein Auf Augenhöhe Leimen e.V. Additionally, he has managed project documentation and offered translation services while serving as assistant to the Project Manager at Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles.
Michael holds a Master of Arts in Politics and Economy of the Near and Middle East, and a Bachelor of Arts in Oriental Studies that concentrates on politics from the Philipps-Universität Marburg.
