We will always recommend the safest and most suitable option for the patient's clinical needs.

We work closely with insurers and assistance companies to facilitate approvals and manage direct billing where possible. Yes. Our bed-to-bed service encompasses ground ambulance coordination at both the origin and destination. We manage the full patient journey from the referring facility to the receiving hospital, ensuring continuity of care throughout.

One accompanying person can travel on the air ambulance, subject to aircraft capacity and the patient's medical requirements. Please speak with our coordination team who will advise on the specific arrangements for your mission. There is no additional charge.

Yes. For patients who are medically stable but require professional medical supervision during travel, we can arrange a qualified medical escort on a commercial airline. This is often a cost-effective alternative to a dedicated air ambulance for lower-acuity cases.
