Benjamin Peifer is the Security Manager, Assistance at International SOS. He joined the U.S. Army directly after his undergraduate program and served for four years as an intelligence analyst and paratrooper with an operational deployment to Syria supporting Operation Inherent Resolve. After leaving the service he completed his Masters in Global Security at the School of International Service at American University. His academic focus was on counterinsurgency and transnational crime.
While in D.C. he began working as a corporate security manager in the pharmaceutical industry developing access control programmes, intelligence relationships, and static guard force training. Directly prior to joining the International SOS team he worked at the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms with their Risk and Threat Management team helping identify and mitigate threats to the Senate community and supporting the Senate Operation Center. Ben joined International SOS in May of 2024 and has worked as a Security Manager with the Philadelphia team supporting our clients in the America’s region.
