OUR WORK IN PRACTICE
Vanuatu Hospitals Redevelopment Program, Vanuatu
We supported DFAT and the Vanuatu Ministry of Health to implement our three-phase Clinical Services Planning methodology to inform the redevelopment of its hospital network to increase access to clinical services and strengthen health infrastructure. The process was a locally led initiative which drew on a solid understanding of Vanuatu’s population structure, evolving burden of disease, demand for clinical services, role of hospitals in an emergency, and current service capacity of the health ecosystem.

Yes. We support humanitarian health responses by helping maintain and restore access to essential health services and medical supplies during and after crises, including natural disasters, disease outbreaks, and conflict.
