Club Med Chooses International SOS and Zurich France For a Premium Assistance Program

This long-term partnership, effective 1 January 2025, aims to offer a leading medical assistance program to its guests (GMs) and employees (GOs) and is part of Club Med's upmarket strategy, guaranteeing a premium and stress-free experience.
This partnership reflects Club Med's ambition to always go further in the excellence of its services and the protection of its customers and employees. By partnering with leading global players such as International SOS and Zurich France, Club Med reaffirms its commitment to providing a serene and peaceful travel experience to its customers around the world.

The partnership covers a wide area, including:- For Club Med customers: medical assistance in nearly 70 Club Med villages worldwide , as well as on Club Med 2 (cruise) and Club Med tours , reaching approximately 1.475 million customers per year;
- For Gentils Organisateurs (GO®): medical care for employees , including village employees and workers on assignment.
