Dr Dockins is a graduate of the University of Arkansas College of Medicine (MD), the Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene & Public Health (Master of Public Health, and the Baylor College of Medicine National School of Tropical Medicine.
He is residency trained and board certified in Occupational Medicine and Internal Medicine. With over 30 years of experience in government and private business, he currently works as an independent consultant in Occupational Medicine. From 1986 – 1991 while on active duty in the US Air Force he served as the Chief of Occupational Medicine at Kirtland AFB and the Consultant for Occupational Medicine in the Office of the Air Force Surgeon General.
From 1991 to 2013 he worked for ExxonMobil providing health support for global operations in North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Russia, Asia, and Australasia.
