Shireen Advani Lee
Group General Counsel
Shireen Advani Lee is the Group General Counsel for the International SOS Group of Companies. Shireen leads a team of legal, risk management, insurance, compliance, corporate secretarial and security professionals worldwide. Shireen has been with the Group since 2010.
Prior to her current role Shireen advised the global Technology group on privacy, data protection, inbound and outbound licensing, strategic alliances, and intellectual property matters. Shireen has also been acting regional general counsel of the Americas region for International SOS, where she advised business leaders across four business lines in twenty-eight US states, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and other emerging Latin American markets. Shireen established the first regional shared services legal function for the Americas region where she oversees nine staff including four attorneys, four contract managers and two support staff who provide support to the regional sales, marketing, finance, IT, human resources, operations and management teams. Since 2012, Shireen has also served as the International SOS Group's legal expert on global data privacy laws.
