Prior to joining International SOS in 2020, Richard held senior technology leadership roles at organizations including the Royal Opera House, EMI Music, UBM, Accenture, and BCG.

Richard is a British national and holds a BSc in Computing with Electronics and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence with Databases from the University of Durham. He serves as a Board Advisor on the Data, Technology, and Digital Management Board at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
