Miriam Jones

Miriam Jones is the Chief Commercial Officer for the Health & Security Subscription Services business in North America, where she leads regional commercial strategy, client engagement, and business development across diverse sectors.

Prior to her appointment as CCO, Jones served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the West US Region and led the Technology and Media Segment, where she drove significant growth and client satisfaction. Jones brings deep expertise in sales leadership and strategic account management, with a strong focus on customer-centric innovation.

Miriam has over 20 years of experience, successfully partnering with multinational companies to deliver strategic solutions, helping organizations manage risk and enhance the wellbeing of their workforce.

Miriam is a US national and holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School.
