Martin Rudd is CEO of Government Medical Services at International SOS, where he oversees the delivery of International SOS' medical solutions to Federal Government, State & Local agencies, and the Prime contracting community in the USA and overseas.
Martin joined the International SOS Group in 2018 as MD of Iqarus. Before this, he spent 12 years with the Constellis Group of Companies, first as Managing Director of Olive Group and later as CEO of Constellis Commercial Companies. In these positions, he led a diverse portfolio of services across health, defense, risk management, and crisis response. Earlier in his career, he held commissioned appointments in UK defense including procurement, logistics, and operational leadership. His expertise lies in strengthening medical readiness and resilience for government bodies, corporations, and international organizations operating in complex environments.
Martin lives with his family in the USA and is a British national. He holds an MBA from Imperial College and master’s degrees from King’s College and Cranfield University. A graduate of the UK’s Advanced Command and Staff College and Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, he has lectured at Imperial College Business School since 2010 and been a Visiting Executive at Tuck Business School, Dartmouth, USA since 2016.
