Kelly joined International SOS in 2021 as a Senior Security Advisor. Prior to joining International SOS, Kelly spent 20 years with The Coca-Cola Company serving in numerous roles within strategic security, information assurance, and global asset protection operations; most recently as the Chief Security Officer and Vice President. She also served as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President from 2010-2012.
Prior to joining The Coca Cola Company, Kelly was a special agent with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Office of Criminal Investigations, where she was one of the first twenty agents hired into the newly established agency. Kelly was also a special agent for the former U.S. Customs Service, Office of Enforcement (now known as Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service. Her responsibilities included managing and conducting criminal investigations, dignitary protection, anti-terrorism and foreign counterintelligence initiatives and operations.
She is a graduate of the University of Florida and the Harvard Business School, General Management Program. She currently serves on the boards of the International Security Foundation, the Domestic Security Partnership, the International Security Management Association, the Overseas Security Advisory Council and serves on RAND Corporations’ Advisory Council for the Center for Global Risk and Security. Kelly was voted one of 2017’s Most Influential People in Security.
