Javier Mollá Ayuso

Javier Mollá Ayuso, is a Senior Security Advisor for Spain and Portugal at International SOS.  Javier has a 19-year military career as a Marine Corps officer and over 23 years of experience in the private security sector.

In June 2016, Javier joined International SOS as Regional Security Manager for Spain and Portugal. From 2022, he was appointed as Global Security Risk Advisor, where he acted as trusted advisor to the Senior Management of client organisations, in matters of Compliance for Health, Safety and Security in International Mobility. From July 2024, he continues working at International SOS as an external Security Advisor and member of the Seniors Security Board.

Javier has a Master's degree in European International Humanitarian Aid from Carlos III University, Madrid. He has received certifications for the Safety, Health and Security for the mobile worker from Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) International SOS Foundation, National Defense Course at High Studies Center of DEFENSE in Madrid and a postgraduate as Security Director (Accredited by Internal Affairs Ministry).

Javier Mollá is also a member of the OSAC Security Committee of the US embassy in Madrid, of the Board of Directors of AESMIDE and AIMCSE and an active collaborator of numerous organizations and associations of risk management, business travel and human resources, as well as of several Spanish universities.
