Ricardo Lenoir-Grand Pons is a Security Manager and currently leads the Intelligence and Assistance Unit at International SOS in Spain. In his role, Ricardo is responsible for risk analysis, threat identification, and crisis management, ensuring the safety of clients through meticulous planning and response strategies. Previously, he was a member of the Consultancy practice, providing critical security assessments and consulting services.
Ricardo has a background as a freelance analyst, contributing to major publications on topics related to NATO, Russia, and hybrid threats. He also has significant teaching experience, having lectured at different Spanish universities, including the Ministry of Defense Research and teaching centre. He holds an MSc in Security Management and an MA in Political Science, as well as training in crisis management, war reporting, OSINT, and European politics and defence.
