Gizem Acar

Gizem Acar is a Global Security Manager at International SOS. In her role, she oversees global standards for Security Assistance team and drives best practices to ensure excellence in applied security risk management and advisory, incident management, and crisis response services delivery across our global platform. Previously, she worked at the Dubai Security Centre as a Security Manager and supported clients during various crises in the Middle East, Southern and Eastern Africa regions.

Prior to joining International SOS, she gained extensive experience in humanitarian aid, working in various capacities. She notably held the crucial position of safety and security manager for an international NGO, where she oversaw operations in Syria.
