Overview
International SOS assisted its client, a Fortune 100 social media company, in implementing a COVID-19 PCR testing solution at 15 key office and data centre locations in Europe and Asia, while ensuring the highest standards of clinical governance and patient experience.
Problem
This project required rapid identification and management of local delivery partners to deliver clinically compliant testing services across different country jurisdictions, with a global clinical management portal solution ensuring a near identical user experience regardless of location.
Solution
The International SOS team worked with local partners to set up a full testing (sample harvesting, analysis and results) facility at the office and data centre locations. The team also set up a single booking and test result software solution. This eased patient access and provided anonymised test data and monthly reporting dashboards to the client’s track and trace team.
Impact
International SOS worked closely with its local delivery partners to ensure capacity for several thousand tests each week, allowing its client to have confidence in their COVID-19 mitigation and management policies. This enabled a safer and faster return to the office for employees and aided the resumption of normal operations at all of its locations.
