Client Story
Reducing Injuries Through Workplace Ergonomics
Updated

The construction industry faces inherent risks: heavy lifting, repetitive movements, and high-pressure environments that can lead to musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) and injuries and mental health strain.
At a high-tech plant construction site in the United States, our onsite Medical Professionals identified concerning trends in medical records and alerted the client’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team. Recognizing the need for awareness and proactive intervention to address safety gaps, improve wellbeing, and prevent injuries before they occurred, led to the development of two targeted programs, workplace ergonomics to reduce musculoskeletal injury risks and mental health to promote resilience and early intervention.
Non-Interventional Education. We designed and delivered two construction sector specific health education programs:
Our medical services team in the United States and global health content experts created workshops, posters, handouts, and health talks tailored to construction environments. Onsite Medical Personnel delivered these health awareness sessions, focusing on safe lifting techniques, proper posture during manual tasks, and practical steps to prevent MSDs.
Onsite Interventional Preventative Tasks. To achieve measurable outcomes, we extended beyond education:
Our onsite Medical Personnel deliver interactive workshops, health talks, and visual materials tailored to construction environments. Our certified professionals carriy out ergonomic audits and mental health training, creating a safer and more supportive work culture.
