Senior Security Manager

Sungjin Park is a Senior Security Manager at International SOS. In his role, he brings extensive expertise in integrated security, crisis management and global risk advisory.
Prior to rejoining International SOS in 2026, Sungjin worked with D&A Advisory, where he delivered a wide range of security and crisis consulting services. His work included country and project risk assessments in Mozambique, Crisis Management Trainings, Penetration Testing, and advisory support as a KR&E consultant.
Earlier in his career, Sungjin held senior security roles across both corporate and complex operating environments. He previously worked as Security Manager at The Coca‑Cola Company, where he supported enterprise security programmes, and as Security Manager at Daewoo E&C, spending three years deployed in Iraq overseeing security operations in high-risk conditions. He was also selected as a crisis management expert for the PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games, supporting security preparedness and response planning for a major global event.
Before entering the commercial security sector, Sungjin served in the South Korean Army, retiring as an Army Major. He began his military career as an Infantry Officer and later served with South Korea’s Special Forces, including the Special Mission Group and the 707th Counter Terrorism Unit. He was deployed to Iraq in 2008, contributing to overseas operations. He is a graduate of the Korea Military Academy.
