Ee Sheng Cha

As the Security Manager, Assistance, Ee Sheng is responsible for the day-to-day security case management direction, supervision and guidance for Asia. He oversees the delivery of high-quality security risk assessments, advice, and coordination of security assistance on a profile and itinerary-specific basis to client risk managers, international assignees, travellers and domestic nationals. He works closely with Lead Analysts and his counterparts in Asia to ensure operational planning and decision-making is done in lockstep with our intelligence assessments, both during business-as-usual and crisis scenarios.

Since joining International SOS in 2021, Ee Sheng has either been involved or led the delivery of security risk assessments, advice and coordination of security assistance during and post natural hazards (e.g. Typhoon Rai in the Philippines, floods in Malaysia, Myanmar earthquake), conflict (e.g. military takeover in Myanmar, supporting other regional security teams for Israel-Hamas crisis, India-Pakistan escalation), ad-hoc incidents (e.g. Siam Paragon shooting in Bangkok, declaration of martial law in South Korea), prolonged social unrest (e.g. anti-government demonstrations in Thailand and Myanmar) as well as other significant developments in the region.

Ee Sheng holds a MSc in Strategic Studies from S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (Nanyang Technological University) and a BSc (Hons) in International Relations from the University of London.
