BSA Annual Conference for Heads

About the Conference

As robust Duty of Care solutions become increasingly important in the scholastic sector, International SOS has expanded its partnership with the Boarding Schools' Association (BSA). On the 7th & 8th of May, we invite you to book a time with us at Stand No.7, BSA Annual Conference for Heads to discuss your challenges and experiences.

While travel insurance helps with financial losses, it doesn't prevent incidents from occurring or provide PROACTIVE, PREVENTABLE advice to prevent exposure to protect staff and students or minimise impacts of unavoidable incidents.

International SOS offers proactive strategies for educational institutions to ensure the health, wellbeing, and security of your students and staff, including:

  • Conduct thorough pre-travel risk assessments for all educational trips
  • Provide students and staff with pre-travel health and safety briefings
  • Invest in comprehensive infection control plans for campuses and travel programmes
  • Equip trip leaders with incident management protocols and 24/7 assistance and support capabilities

On the 8th of May at 14:15, International SOS Regional Medical Director, Dr Anthony Renshaw and Regional Security Director, James Wood will lead a breakout session on "Crisis Management simulation exercise".

We hope to see many of you during the session.
