International SOS Wins Two Awards and a Highly Commended at the 2019 FEM European Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards (EMMAs)
International SOS, the world’s leading medical and travel security risk services company, has won two awards at the annual FEM European Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards (EMMAs) for ‘Best Business Travel Framework’ and ‘International Healthcare & Risk Management Provider of the Year’. It also received a ‘highly commended’ mention for the well-coveted ‘Best Vendor Partnership (non RMC)’ award, jointly with its partner KPMG.
Attended by over 400 guests this year, the FEM EMMAs are the premier awards for the global mobility and International HR industry and celebrate global mobility’s best and brightest in EMEA.
Claire Tennant-Scull, Global Director, Content & Events at FEM said:
“It’s so important to receive recognition among your peers for innovation and hard work and so I think the winners and all those on the shortlist should feel extremely proud. EMMAs entries are rigorously judged by a team of fiercely impartial, highly experienced, senior figures in the industry, who are drawn from a range of disciplines across the EMEA region and who give up their own free time to carry out a very thorough and demanding process. So, these awards carry tremendous kudos.”
The judges commented on International SOS’s winning entries: “International SOS has continued to support businesses in providing duty of care to employees and they have successfully delivered when it counted the most.”; “Clear strategy to continue to predict, and meet, current and future needs has put International SOS ahead of the game.”
Laurent Fourier, International SOS Group Director Sales and Marketing, stated: “We are delighted and very proud to receive the EMMA Awards for Best Business Travel Framework and International Healthcare & Risk Management Provider of the Year. This acknowledgement is a testament to the dedication of our medical and security professionals, our assistance centre teams and ‘boots on the ground’ in over 90 countries, including some of the most remote and challenging locations on earth. We work day-in day-out to help over 11,000 organisations keep their mobile workforce safe and healthy, wherever they are.”
International SOS is delighted to add these awards to recent wins in 2019, including the CIR Risk Management Award for Event Support and The Business Travel Award for Best Specialist Business Travel Service.
