International SOS appoints Caroline Hondré as Managing Director France
International SOS, the world’s leading medical and travel security risk services company, announces the appointment of Caroline Hondré as Managing Director France.
Surrounded by a committed team of marketing, sales, customer service and partnerships, Caroline Hondré is responsible for strategic development in France, one of Europe's key markets. She also ensures the distribution policy, structuring and support of the sales teams to develop the growth of the French market.
Her main missions are to guarantee:
- the development of commercial activity around International SOS' health and safety services for French organisations, major groups and ETIs worldwide,
- maintaining and continuously improving the quality of operations deployment,
- supporting the group in meeting new strategic challenges such as the internationalisation of the activity of French companies in an environment that is increasingly complex, volatile, uncertain and ambiguous,
- the further development of International SOS' integrated health and safety offer and access to healthcare for employees worldwide.
Caroline Hondré also supports her teams to meet a growing need for security risk management; raise awareness around the Duty of Care in new sectors, such as higher education, and ensure market monitoring to anticipate new commercial offers.
A career dedicated to international business
With 20 years of international experience, Caroline Hondré joined International SOS in 2007 as Regional Director based in Prague. She was in charge of managing the supplier network for the Africa, Europe, Middle East, Russia and Balkan Peninsula areas. During her expatriation to the Czech Republic, Caroline Hondré was also a Foreign Trade advisor.
Since 2011, she has been assuming the position of Group Managing Director in the Sales Department of International SOS where she provided her expertise in major projects on customer engagement, commercial excellence and sales support.
Caroline Hondré has an engineer background (she studied at ENSA Toulouse and Agro Paris Tech). Caroline Hondré also holds a degree in Finance from HEC and then joined INSEAD for a "Women Leadership" program.
