The partnership will see the businesses work together to enhance occupational health solutions tailored to meet the needs of the oil and gas industry, in the Gulf States. 

Dr Luke Lee, CEO of Prime Occupational Medicine, and the new joint venture, commented, “The partnership between the two organisations represents a unique combination of international capability and local expertise. We will work together to continue to provide and enhance comprehensive industry leading occupational health solutions and staffing to our joint clients offshore and onshore in the Gulf States.”


As part of the partnership, Prime Occupational Medicine will manage Beacon Medic Systems, International SOS’ Offshore Gulf of Mexico Company.  This will enable Prime Occupational Medicine to expand their footprint into offshore medical services and create a partnership whereby International SOS can support its Global Oil and Gas/Construction clients.

The joint venture partnership formally commences 1 January 2019.
