There have been over 92,000 cases of cholera across Africa since the beginning of this year as per the World Health Organization (WHO).
There are currently cholera outbreaks in several African countries. The state of Lagos in Nigeria has been the latest to declare an outbreak on 9 June amidst the rainy seasons and floods.
