Through International SOS, you can store your vital personal health, vaccination and travel information securely online. That way you can access it anytime, anywhere. The information will be available to you and, with your consent, made available to International SOS medical staff to better assist you in the event of an emergency. Whenever you travel away from your country of residence, make sure you have your International SOS card handy. International SOS coverage and benefits apply to faculty, staff, students, and volunteers who are either (1) participating in University sponsored programs outside of the United States or (2) traveling on University sponsored business outside of the United States. These persons are covered for the official duration of the program or business activity 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Personal time before or after the official activity, including intermittent non-official activities, are not covered by International SOS. Individuals, who utilize International SOS services while participating in personal activities such as side trips that are not sponsored by the University, may be required to reimburse the University for costs associated with the International SOS services they use.
