Welcome to the Tulane University Global Assistance Program

Welcome to the International SOS ("ISOS") Assistance Program for Tulane University. Tulane requires you to store and update any changes to your personal travel information and local contact information in the secure MyTrips  so contact can be made in an emergency. Click "New User? Register Here" if you are creating your MyTrips profile and new trips for the first time. Please use your Tulane email address as your Username. The user guide provides step by step instructions on how to do so. Note: You must also enter your personal information in Emergency Record. Use Tulane University's International SOS membership number to log into Emergency Record: 11BSGC000034. You can access the tool via Internet Explorer Versions 6 - 8, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. If you experience any difficulties in IE 9.0, please click on the compatibility button next to the address bar. It will turn blue when compatibility mode is on.

Using these tools, you can now store, update and access your vital personal health, vaccination and travel information online, anytime, anywhere. It will be available to you and, with your consent, SOS medical staff, better assisting you in the event of an emergency. The system also recommends appropriate vaccinations and sends you reminders when follow-up boosters are required.

ISOS provides all Tulane students, faculty, staff and administrators with international medical, security and travel assistance while traveling or working outside the USA on University business, with a University sponsored educational program, on other University related activities, or during leisure travel. The Program is managed and administered by International SOS, the world's largest medical and security assistance company, with more than 3,000 professionals in 24-hour Assistance Centers, international clinics and remote-site medical facilities across five continents. International SOS is the leader in their field, ready to help you with all of your medical and security assistance needs.

Please note this is an assistance program, NOT health insurance. You should determine how your health insurance applies to international care prior to departure.

Whenever your travel away from your country of residence, make sure you have your International SOS card handy to contact International SOS for assistance. Also, make sure you review important medical and safety information about the country to which you are traveling. We encourage you to learn more about the Membership Benefits and to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
