The International SOS Auto Assistance Program was first developed in Australia and utilizes state-of-the-art integrated software for a superior level of service and pro-activeness for motorists and the automotive industry. Over the last five years the service has been constantly upgraded with significant input from industry specialists.
Through our Niugini Air Rescue program, members and their dependants benefit from knowing that, in the event of an emergency, they will receive continuity of care starting with medical advice over the phone to an immediate aero-medical evacuation. Members have the assurance that they and their family will receive the best medical care available from experienced medical staff.
Our fully equipped alarm center in Sydney has doctors available 24 hours a day to offer immediate medical assistance.
We have an operations team focused on meeting the needs of our Japanese visitors and expatriates within Australia.
