International SOS and Perkidmatan Antarbangas SOS (PKA) announce joint venture in East Malaysia

International SOS, the world's leading international healthcare, medical and security assistance company and Perkidmatan Antarbangas SOS (PKA), a Malaysian medical and security services company announced a joint venture to pool their mutual capabilities. The companies aim to expand their geographic presence and cater to the energy, mining and infrastructure markets in East Malaysia. 

International SOS has operated in peninsular Malaysia for the past 16 years. The joint venture with PKA will deliver medical service solutions to businesses in the East-Malaysian region as part of both company's growth strategies. Perkhidmatan Antarabangsa SOS was incorporated in July 2010, and awarded the Bumiputera company status by the Ministry of Treasury of Malaysia in May 2012.
