International SOS and MediSend to Partner on Humanitarian Healthcare

International SOS, the world’s leading provider of medical assistance, international healthcare, security services and outsourced customer care, has signed a memorandum of understanding with MediSend International to support the humanitarian organization’s healthcare work in developing countries. Wherever International SOS has established infrastructure, the company will help MediSend in its mission to provide education and training in biomedical technologies, and the distribution of medical supplies and biomedical equipment.

Known for its expertise at helping leading organizations ensure the health and safety of their employees, International SOS will expand on its commitment to international well-being by working with MediSend to identify and evaluate hospitals in developing countries as recipients of MediSend’s services, and to assist in the selection and testing of potential candidates for training in MediSend’s Biomedical Repair Training Program™.
