Upon notification of the disaster, the alliance partners convened a regional crisis management team and deployed two operations teams comprising medical, security and logistics experts to Mumbai. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely through our travel security services team and are providing 24-hr support to members via our alarm center in New Delhi and incident management team in Mumbai.
Travel Advice to our Members

International SOS and Control Risks are updating clients with travel advice regularly to assist them with preparing and responding to the crisis. We advise that travel to India can continue, however members on essential travel in Mumbai should apply the following precautions:

• Minimise movement around the city until the situation stabilises.
• Avoid affected areas until intelligence and criminal investigations are officially concluded
• Rely on a briefed and trusted driver
• Maintain frequent contact with family and management staff to communicate location and further plans
• Monitor local media sources and our Travel Security Online site for the latest information.

Members are also recommended to reconfirm all relevant travel arrangements and access to transport services.
