Emergency Record

Emergency Record provides members with a secure online repository to store their pertinent medical history and vaccination records. With our members' consent and in compliance with worldwide data privacy laws, International SOS physicians can access critical information such as prior EKG scans and known allergies, to help with their medical assessment during emergencies. The tool is available in English, French, Chinese and German

How it Works
Members log into the Emergency Record System and input details about their medical history, which is vital in an emergency. Having this information on hand gives International SOS doctors a more complete picture and assists them in providing essential medical care.

Vaccination Wizard
Members complete a travel profile and vaccination/disease history

• The Emergency Record displays the current vaccination status and required vaccinations, calculating next due dates
• We can email vaccination reminders prior to expiration, following expiration or both
