During a medical or security emergency, we help our members by providing emergency medical care and evacuation. We arrange for the right care at the right time -- from evacuating a member to a center of medical excellence to more specialized care like getting the second opinion from a cardiologist or arranging a trauma counsellor in the wake of a natural disaster.

All our medical cases and evacuations follow the consistent protocols for a complete support system. We can coordinate rapid patient transfer by ambulance and commercial airline as well as by helicopter, jet, or even military aircraft.  Our doctors and nurses often accompany patients and provide critical care in transit.  We are able to assist with passport documentation and visa clearances during emergencies, so that border entry is rapid. Along the way, we communicate with our patients’ relatives and employers, monitor patients’ medical condition, and coordinate payment arrangements with insurance companies.
