Since we were first established in 1989 we have become a leading provider of special assistance services. In particular, we help expatriates in Korea, and Korean members who travel overseas either for leisure or business.

- International SOS Online services – online resources providing critical information for travelers, including medical, security, and cultural information. Services help reduce corporate liability and allow clients to track employees’ travel locations anytime, anywhere, using the Internet.
We help expatriates in Korea to unravel the mysteries of the medical system. We arrange appointments with Western-trained doctors, monitor medical conditions and progress treatment in a hospital.

Located in Seoul, our alarm center serves the whole of the Korean peninsula and is fully equipped with modern telecommunications equipment. We have western-trained doctors on call 24 hours a day to provide medical advice over the telephone.
Services are available in English, Japanese, French and Korean.
