For customers from the United States, we offer travel insurance covering trip cancellation/interruption and medical expenses. For travelers coming to the United States, in addition to membership, we also offer optional medical expense coverage.

We can help arrange a doctor's visit, re-fill medication, help with lost travel documents and assist in a medical emergency. International SOS has a global infrastructure to help you including primary care physicians, specialists, hospitals, ambulances, charter aircraft and more, to provide professional assistance wherever you are located.

As part of a membership, travelers can go online to view medical, security and travel information about their destination and sign up for automated email alerts when critical advice changes. Membership also provides access to International SOS clinics with world-class medical facilities and care in emerging markets.
