Our clinic and alarm center are both located in the center of Moscow. Working very closely together, they provide integrated support for medical and non-medical assistance cases throughout Russia and central Asia.
We offer personalized services for individuals, families, groups and companies of all sizes. In cooperation with our global network, we coordinate services for Russian travelers who need assistance outside Russia. We also provide customized assistance programs for insurance companies in Russia and the CIS.
We have developed a cashless provider network in the Eastern Mediterranean to deliver a high level of customer service and convenience.
All our services are available on a 24-hour basis. We use both chartered aircraft and our own dedicated air ambulance based in Moscow to provide the fastest possible response time for emergency evacuations across the region.
Russia is the hub for meeting a growing demand for remote site medical services in the region. We operate site clinics for clients in Central Asia, the Caspian Sea area and Far East Russia. Remote site services include:
- first-aid training and advanced care courses
- medical procurement services
- medical services and general consulting
- medical equipment rental, up to and including a full site clinic
- medical management and cost containment
- medical staffing – national and expatriate medical staff for long- or short-term positions
- site surveys – to assess medical risks and evaluate healthcare facilities in order to develop a medical management plan for the location.
Services through our alarm center are available in Russian, English, German, Japanese and French.
We regularly support sporting events in our community. At weekends throughout the year, we provide sporting organizations with a fully equipped first-aid station and medical staff on standby to deal with minor and more serious injuries.
