We handle emergency evacuations from any location in the Philippines as well as repatriations overseas. To facilitate missions in Metro Manila, we keep an additional set of evacuation equipment at the Emergency Department of the Makati Medical Center  where we have 24-hour access to a fleet of ambulances. We also have access to charter aircraft and helicopters that perform evacuations throughout the Philippines.

Our 24-hour alarm center in the Ortigas Center district of Manila is staffed by an experienced team of coordinators and medical professionals. We provide services in English, Filipino, Japanese, Mandarin and in local dialects including Bicolano, Cebuano, Ilocano, Pangasinan, and Kapampangan.

We provide integrated travel risk management solutions to employees of our member corporations. Our members have full access to our online resources, International SOS clinics and alarm centers worldwide. We also serve individual members directly.

In partnership with insurance companies, banks and credit card companies, we can accommodate any size of enhancement program to help our client companies create added value for their customers.
