The clinic moved in July 12, 2010; it is closer to Noi Bai International Airport and is only a short 20 minutes drive from Hoan Kiem Lake, the center of the tourist district. The clinic is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and the Senior Medical Officer of the clinic is Dr. Dal Goodman, an Australian General Practitioner with clinical skills and experience of Emergency Medicine, General Practice, General Medicine, Occupational Medicine, and Paediatrics. Dr. Goodman obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Queensland, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). He has worked in Shenzhen International SOS Clinic in China in 2008.

In addition to routine and emergency healthcare services the clinic also offers the following:

• 2 in-patient beds, 2 observation beds, and 2 emergency beds

Japanese nationals are welcomed to be served by our Japanese team staffed with a Japanese doctor, Japanese nurses and client service officers. We also have a Korean nurse to service the Korean community in Hanoi.

Our Dental Clinic is staffed by an experienced dentist. Orthodontics are provided by an American certified specialist.

Occupational health services include site surveys, recommendations and employee educational talks.

Languages spoken at our clinic include English, Vietnamese, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Japanese and Korean.
