Through International SOS, you can store your vital personal health, vaccination and travel information securely online. That way you can access it anytime, anywhere. The information will be available to you and, with your consent, made available to International SOS medical staff to better assist you in the event of an emergency. The system also recommends appropriate vaccinations and sends you reminders when follow-up boosters are required.
All students traveling on school sponsored travel for Amherst, Hampshire, Mount Holyoke and Smith Colleges are required to create a profile in the Personal Travel Locator (PTL) and register their travel. We strongly recommend that all faculty and staff from these institutions who are traveling on school business also create a profile in the Personal Travel Locator (PTL) and register their travel. Be aware that you will be timed out if inactive for too long. In order for information to be saved you must select UPDATE. If you are timed out before you select UPDATE you will lose any new information entered.
Information included in the PTL is for internal use only and will enable authorized administrators to verify your eligibility to access these services. You will have the ability to add multiple trips once you have created a profile.
