All students traveling on school sponsored travel for Amherst, Hampshire, Mount Holyoke and Smith Colleges are required to create a profile in the Personal Travel Locator (PTL) and register their travel. We strongly recommend that all faculty and staff from these institutions who are traveling on school business also create a profile in the Personal Travel Locator (PTL) and register their travel. When creating a profile:

  • Use Five College membership #: 11BCAS000005
  • Refer to the User Guide with instructions for logging-in.
  • Use Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater to complete and view your Personal Travel Locator.
  • Be aware that you will be timed out if inactive for too long. In order for information to be saved you must select UPDATE. If you are timed out before you select UPDATE you will lose any new information entered.

Information included in the PTL is for internal use only and will enable authorized administrators to verify your eligibility to access these services. You will have the ability to add multiple trips once you have created a profile.
